The band has been around for years, but our current lineup had been finalized in 2010.ĭave Mitchell: Drums, vocals, cute guy factor. (Yes, we’ve even played “Achy Breaky Heart”.) We’ve all played in different bands or in different places (or even different instruments!) over the years. ![]() Our band is Paragon, and we’re guys all in our 50’s that sing and play rock’n’roll from the 1950’s through 1980’s and some modern country thrown in for fun. ![]() You can read our “About us” tab, but I’ll make it easy for you all here. ![]() That’s all in quotes, what does all that mean? It means that it’s a band of five local guys who spent way too many years in the 1960’s and 1970’s listening to vinyl LP records (WHAT ARE THOSE?) and finally did something about it about 40 years later to make noise and money. Who are we and what do we do? We’re a “classic rock cover band”. This blog’s been here for awhile, we’re now just announcing our inclusion to ’s blog sites, covering people, places and things in Washtenaw, Lenawee, and Monroe county and outlying areas. Hello world! Right now, we may be the ONLY Rock and Roll blog in all of Heritage Newspapers’ blog sites.
